The Norfolk Bat Group is a voluntaray wildlife conservation group
focussing on the conservation of wild bats within the English county of
Norfolk. The Norfolk group were first formed in 1961 and were the first
of the present day ninety county based bat groups in the UK.

Vandalism at Barbastelle breeding site. 01/8/98
News Flash .........
Another little setback was encountered today. The cabling to CCTV system was
attacked and broken by children illegally entering the site at precisely
15.10 - so we have lost a whole day of observations. It should be repaired
and running again later tomorrow - but - three destructive small boys are
about to be aprehended by Norfolk Police. In the unlikely event that the
culprets are reading this - please come out with your hands up ............
